In Tannenboden, at the “Alp- und Brauchtumskäserei” (traditional alpine cheese dairy) built at the turn of the century, you can make cheese over the open fire just as in bygone days.

Savour the rustic atmosphere and discover traditional customs in an entertaining and exciting way. Slip into the role of a cheese-maker and produce your own cheese. Duration: approx. 2.5 hours.

Tip: After making your own cheese, enjoy a delicious lunch at the inviting Sennästube restaurant (in sunny weather, sit out on the terrace and enjoy the lovely views) – ask the waiter for suggestions.
