Where winter sports enthusiasts meet

1. Prodalp – a winter hotspot

Cross-country skiers, winter hikers, skiers or sledgers: They all meet on Prodalp, one of the winter hotspots on Flumserberg. 

But what does a day on Flumserberg look like for groups? The 12-person Prodalp-Express cable car quickly and comfortably takes you up to the plateau. While the sledgers are already in for an action-packed descent, the skiers enjoy the 65 km of slopes to the fullest. For lunch, everyone meets at Prodalp mountain restaurant to recharge their batteries. 

From the scenic-view cross-country trail to the winter hiking trail: The Prodalp plateau is the central hub for groups and school groups who want to do more than one winter activity on Flumserberg.

2. Nighttime sledging

Every Thursday and Saturday, sledgers live it up during the Nightride. Between 19.00 and 21.00, groups are welcome to visit the floodlit sledging run. Drinks at the FahrBar of the Prodalp mountain restaurant will add to the experience as a highlight.

3. Nighttime skiing

Nighttime skiing is yet another highlight for groups visiting Flumserberg. Slope athletes feel completely in their element every Friday from 19.00 to 21.00. The floodlit blue Chrüz ski run is the place to be on this day. And COLORS – Restaurant und Bar is located right along the side of the slope beside the valley station, too. It serves delicious drinks, which leaves you with plenty of time to enjoy the evening in a group.

4. Group trips from Zurich

Are you considering visiting Flumserberg by car or with a rented bus? How about a group ticket for public transport instead? The S2 travels from Zurich to Unterterzen every hour on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays – all year round! From Unterterzen, the SeeJet and BergJet cable cars take you from 425 m to 2020 m in about 25 minutes. A completely relaxed way to get to Unterterzen – even for larger groups!

5. Winter hiking tickets for Flumserberg
