Alpine cheese is made from the best natural Alpine milk and carefully handcrafted - a a unique treat with culture and tradition. Around 30 St.Gallen, Appenzell and Liechtenstein alpine cheese St.Gallen, Appenzell and Liechtenstein alpine cheese producers face the critical palates of the visitors.
