The risk of forest fires is currently very high in the Canton of St. Gallen, with a danger level of 4 out of 5. Lighting fires will be strictly prohibited at Flumserberg and at the ten “Schweizer Familie” barbecue sites from Friday, 26 June 2026.

From Flums, you will follow the winding road upwards for about 20 minutes until you reach Tannenboden. The main access routes are via Zurich or via the Lake Constance region. From there, it takes between 60 and 90 minutes to reach Flumserberg.
If you are travelling by train, you can reach Flumserberg from all directions. From Unterterzen, you can then take the 8-seater gondola SeeJet directly to Tannenboden.

You and your family can discover the Rohan Red Deer Adventure Trail (Prodkamm to Prodalp) together. The trail is equipped with interactive steles, which have been inserted into the natural environment. The new story is about the disease Flumsis, called "Gääähnitis".
The summer season ticket is ideal for exploring the hiking trails on Flumserberg. You can use the 6 summer cable car facilities with the card and start your hiking experience in comfort.
