Route: Maschgenkamm High-Altitude Trail – Maschgenlücke – Prodkamm

Are you dreaming of a winter hike with breathtaking panoramic views? Then a truly special experience awaits you on the Maschgenkamm – Maschgenlücke – Prodkamm high-altitude trail.

This trail is normally not accessible during winter. However, from Saturday, December 20, 2025,until probably Sunday, 4 January 2026, you will have the rare opportunity to discover the winter mountain world on foot along this route.

Feel the crunch of snow beneath your boots, let your gaze wander across the peaks, and enjoy the crisp mountain air. Hiking poles and good footwear are recommended to ensure a relaxed and safe journey.

Tip for enjoyment: Warm up along the way in one of the open mountain restaurants and take in the stunning panorama while enjoying a delicious snack or refreshment.

Route: Maschgenkamm – Zigerfurgglen – Treien-Hut – Plattis – Panüöl

A great tip for anyone looking to combine their next winter hike with impressive views of the Spitzmeilen: the Ziger circular trail is normally not accessible in winter –  but from Saturday, 20 December 2025, until probably Sunday, 4 January 2026, there will be a special opportunity to walk it. In addition, for the first time in winter, a trail from Zigerfurgglen towards Plattis will be accessible.

Starting at Maschgenkamm, the sunny side of the Ziger circular trail leads along the left-hand side to Zigerfurgglen. You then continue along the tracks left by the snow groomers, past the Treien hut to Plattis and on to Panüöl. The hike can be completed with a descent or ascent on the Panüöl chairlift to form a circular hike. For those who want to experience even more of the winter landscape, the hike can be extended to Alp Fursch.

Enjoy the tranquility of the snow-covered mountain landscape, breathe in the clear alpine air, and let your eyes wander again and again across the impressive panorama. Hiking poles and good footwear are recommended to ensure a safe and relaxed hike.

Tip for enjoyment: The Panüöl alpine restaurant invites you to take a cozy break along the way and enjoy a well-deserved refreshment.

Route: Spiga slope

Walking along the Spiga trail is normally only possible in summer. However, from Saturday, 20 December 2025, until probably Sunday, 4 January 2026, there will be a special opportunity to experience this route in winter as well.

The winter hike leads from Prodalp up to Prodkamm or, alternatively, downhill in the opposite direction. Accompanied by sweeping views, you can enjoy a peaceful, impressive experience of nature. Hiking poles and sturdy footwear are recommended to ensure a comfortable and safe hike.

Good to know: Along the way, the Prodkamm and Prodalp restaurants invite you to stop for a bite to eat. From Prodkamm, the winter hike can be extended via the high-altitude trail to Maschgenkamm. Ideal for those who want to delve even deeper into the winter mountain world.

A true highlight for all music lovers. Whether you’re coming straight from the slopes on your skis or just in the mood for good vibes, from 13.30 the FahrBar at Prodalp transforms into a lively hotspot for dancing and music.

At the FahrBar DayDance, you can enjoy driving house and electronic beats from Luigi Vece and Simon Paraskevas until 16.30. Let the music move you, dance against the stunning mountain backdrop, and enjoy a warm or refreshing drink.
