The promotion of young snow sports talent and quality management are central elements of the strategic orientation of Bergbahnen Flumserberg. Bergbahnen Flumserberg AG holds the "Tested Summer Operation" and "Tested Slopes" certificates from Seilbahnen Schweiz.
Safety is a top priority in the cable car industry. The snow sports facilities (slopes, snow parks, etc.) are inspected by the "Seilbahnen Schweiz" certification body and are subject to the safety standards of the Swiss Cableways Association. The certificate of Bergbahnen Flumserberg AG is valid until 2026.
The Flumserberg mountain railways have their summer operations with all summer facilities regularly checked and audited by the "Seilbahnen Schweiz" certification body. They were proud to receive the coveted "Certified Summer Operation" certificate, which is valid until 2026.
The Flumserberg ski resort was voted the most family-friendly ski resort by the public in the "Families" category at the Blick Winter Awards.
With the installation of the photovoltaic system at the valley station of the BergJet gondola lift, Bergbahnen Flumserberg is taking another important step towards sustainable business development. This commitment is reflected in the company's certification under the Swiss sustainability programme Swisstainable.
Swisstainable is a sustainability programme developed by Switzerland Tourism that provides guests with greater transparency and guidance by clearly identifying sustainable tourism businesses and experiences. More than 2,000 businesses across Switzerland are already participating in the programme.
The Flumserberg ski resort was named 2026 test winner in the category "Extra class: World's leading ski resort up to 80 km of pistes".
