Culinary hike "Höhen-Route"
The high-altitude route starts with a ride in the BergJet gondola cable car from Tannenboden to Maschgenkamm. Once you have reached the summit, you will be served with a starter in the Panorama Restaurant Maschgenkamm. Fortified with this under your belt, you then hike from Maschgenkamm over Zigerfurgglen, Chrüzen and Alp Grueb to Seebenalp. After the main course in the Seebenalp Mountain Restaurant, you follow the hiking trail further over Winkelzahn, through the forest path to the Chrüz mountain station, the start of the FLOOMZER toboggan run. You descend the final 200 metres of altitude to Tannenboden with an exhilarating ride on the FLOOMZER toboggan run. You will be served a refreshing dessert at COLORS – Restaurant and Bar.

Cheese platter with regional delicacies of the surrounding Alps and Swiss best sellers.
Main Course: Bergrestaurant Seebenalp
Fitness plate – Colourful salad garnish with crispy fish or Älplermagronen with apple puree.

The Gourmet Route Culinary Hike
On this easy tour, the focus is on a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and enjoyment. The route starts with the first course at the Restaurant Molseralp which is located next to the bottom station of the FLOOMZER toboggan run. After this starter, you hike via Winkelzahn to the Chrüz mountain restaurant where you will be served your main course. After the meal you continue in the direction of Tannenboden, past the Heidi & Peter rest area hut to the Restaurant Sennenstube for your well-deserved dessert. Enjoy the magnificent view of the valley and the turquoise-blue Lake Walen on your hike.
Starter: Restaurant Molseralp
Tomato salad with local soft cheese or "Terzner" country smoked ham with melon or alpine cheese on rocket salad with Mostbröckli (thinly sliced smoked and dried beef)
Main course: Mountain Restaurant Chrüz
Pork piccata with spaghetti and a tomato sauce and mixed salad or a “fitness plate” - colourful salad garnish with chicken breast or Älplermagronen (Swiss alpine macaroni) with fried onions and apple sauce
Dessert: Restaurant Sennenstube
Caramelköpfli (crème caramel) with alpine cream or home-made cake with vanilla ice cream or a warm berry compote with vanilla ice cream or a selection of cheeses we make ourselves
For that extra adrenaline boost, you can buy a ticket for a ride on the FLOOMZER toboggan run which is next to the restaurant.
