Lost tickets are not replaced.
Reimbursements are paid only due to an accident and only for tickets starting from 2 days and more if a doctor's certificate is presented. Tickets can not be exchanged.
Early departure, restriction of operation, bad piste- or weather conditions are not giving the right to get a reimbursement.
Ticket-abuse (resell, transfer) has as a consequence that the ticket is collected immediately without reimbursement. On top of that a fee of CHF 150.-- is charged for subversive activities.
Alle tickets are automatically controlled at the turnstiles. Spot checks are carried out.
For damages to property and person, which result from neglect of references or from own inadvertence, any adhesion is rejected. Huckepacktransport for children is forbidden.
A reduced railway operation in the pre- and off-season remains reserving.
The ticket validity is limited to the periods of operation between 08.00 and 18.00h.
