From the Zurich Airport

The international airport is located in Zurich-Kloten. From there, you can get to Flumersberg  quickly and easily. Even if you arrive at the Zurich-Kloten airport in the evening, train and highway connections to Heidiland are so convenient that you can spend your first night with us without a stop-over in Zurich.

With public transportation

You can take the train for Zurich–Ziegelbrücke–Chur directly from Zurich Airport. Leave the train at the Flums train station and take the bus, which will get you to Flumersberg in about 20 minutes.  The last bus leaves from Flums at around 19:30 hours. If your connection arrives in Flums later than that, you can reserve the taxi to Flumserberg ahead of time.

Alternatively, you can leave the train at the train station in Unterterzen and transfer directly to the gondola line to Flumserberg–Tannenboden. The last gondola leaves at approximately 17:45.

Via rental car

Take Autobahn A3 toward Chur and after about an hour you should reach the Autobahn exit for Flums–Flumserberg. From there, Bergstrasse should get you to Flumersberg in about 15 minutes.

 

From the Friedrichshafen Airport (on the Bodensee)

Only 120 km away, which corresponds to a travel time of about  1 h 45 min., the airport in Friedrichshafen is ideally located for a quick and convenient trip to Flumserberg.
